I have one company.
Under that one Company I have 3 regional divisions. They are not separate legal entities.
Under each division I have 10 markets - again they are not separate legal entities
Under each market I have ~110 stores - not separate legal entities
How should I best set this up so that I can generate standard P&L and BS reports, down to a store level?
Each store will have inventory, fixed assets, revenue, expenses and cogs.
HELP!
