KPI's for warehouse staff

Hello,
I am wanting help to create KPI’s on the dashboard for warehouse staff that pick and pack orders.

I want the KPI’s to show per staff member their:

  • Number of orders picked per day / week / month / year
  • Time to pick per order
  • Number of orders packed per day / week / month / year
